Bruno de Graeve was born in the North of France, where he pursued his studies in business law and international trade.  In the next ten years, he worked first in New York, in one of the most influential American law firms (Holland & Knight), then with a famous French ship-owner who built the ships Club Med 1 & 2 (Services & Transport), as advisor to the President, and then as the Manager for European development for an American corporate administration company managing the Marshall Islands (International Registries).

In 2005 he founded Propriatis, a real estate agency without borders, present exclusively on the Internet.  The venture was a success.  In 2009 he expanded his team, hiring two specialized partners.

A small public garden, a view over the rooftops of Paris, a quiet alleyway, broad avenues or narrow cobblestone streets, all of these details that make up our capital, architecture both unusual and beautiful, an eclectic sort of estheticism which never ceases to surprise, an apartment, a loft, a house, an artist’s studio…

What is real estate?  A neighborhood, a city, a building façade, a living space; the place where we sleep, work, meet, share with friends.
